GRANADA TE GUÍA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Granada Te Guía reserves the right to modify or suspend the service for internal company reasons. In such a case, the amount of the reservation will be refunded, except for the cost of managing tickets to monuments. In this case, the company would not carry out any compensation.
Not showing up or arriving late at the time and meeting point indicated in the reservation would mean the loss of the guided tour, as well as the right to a refund of the price of the service.
The abandonment or separation of the group during the visit, for reasons not justified or unrelated to the company or the monument, implies the total loss of the right to claim.
Tickets and identification
It is necessary to bring the corresponding tickets for the monuments included in the tour. In the case of Alhambra, in addition to the ticket, identification (passport/ID with photo) is required throughout the visit.
Granada Te Guía is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of tickets or documentation of any member of the guided tour. In such a case, the attendee will not be able to continue with the tour.
Reservations with tickets to monuments included: On the day of the visit, the guide will distribute the monument tickets to attendees. Under no circumstances will Granada Te Guía send tickets in advance except for the following products:
Reservations with audio guide and Alhambra Premium: Tickets and audio guide codes will be sent 6 days before the service date.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour will not be refundable.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded except for the cost of the entrance fees to the monuments and management costs.
This service does not admit modifications.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer’s purchase can be postponed for the anti-fraud check. It can also be suspended for a longer period for a more rigorous investigation to avoid fraudulent transactions.
PRIVACY
